By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Aseyie.

By placing an order you confirm that you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol in the United Kingdom.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to request age verification before dispatch or upon delivery.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

A contract between you and ASEYIE WINES LIMITED is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

Products are unavailable.
Payment cannot be authorised.
Pricing errors occur.
Fraud is suspected.
Age verification cannot be completed.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

We reserve the right to amend pricing or promotional offers at any time.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available throughout mainland United Kingdom.

Standard delivery is charged at £4.99 per order.

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday-Friday) qualify for Next Working Day Delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk in the goods transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Should an item become unavailable after purchase, we may:

Offer an alternative;
Delay dispatch until stock becomes available;
Issue a refund.

Wine vintages may vary from those shown on the website.

7. Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where appropriate we may replace the product, issue a refund or request that the product is returned for inspection.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers:

cannot normally be used together;
have no cash value;
may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, graphics and text, remains the property of ASEYIE WINES LIMITED unless otherwise stated.

No material may be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASEYIE WINES LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
